Our client, a leading technology company based in Cyprus, is seeking Application Support Officers (On-Site) to provide day-to-day support for a business-critical application at client premises. We are hiring for 8 positions across Cyprus:
4 in Nicosia
1 in Paphos
1 in Limassol
1 in Larnaca
1 in Famagusta
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide daily on-site support to application users
Assist users with system navigation and processes
Handle user queries, incidents, and support requests
Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
Escalate complex issues to internal technical teams
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for improvements
Support testing and validation activities
Maintain records of support requests and resolutions
Build strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with business systems
Strong communication skills
Ability to explain technical issues clearly
Comfortable working full-time on-site
Previous support experience is an advantage
Benefits
€16,900 starting salary → €18,200 after Year 1 → €19,500 after Year 2
21 days annual leave
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 07:30–16:00
