Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm in Cyprus is seeking to recruit an Associate Lawyer.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to join a dynamic legal team and gain exposure to a broad range of commercial, corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters, working with both local and international clients.
The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative legal team and will be involved in advising clients on Cyprus and EU law matters. The role offers exposure to commercial law, intellectual property, corporate and contractual work, GDPR, competition law, regulatory matters, and court appearances.

Duties and Responsibilities
Advise local and international clients on Cyprus and EU law matters.
Draft legal opinions, legal advice, pleadings, and other legal documentation.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, corporate documents, and transactional documentation.
Conduct legal research and monitor legal developments.
Represent clients before Courts, governmental authorities, and other institutions.
Attend client meetings and provide legal support throughout engagements.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the efficient management of client matters and departmental workload.
Deliver high-quality legal services in accordance with professional standards.
Requirements
Law Degree.
Qualified Lawyer and member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer literacy.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Benefits
Gross monthly salary: €1,600 – €2,000.
Eligibility for the 13th Salary upon completion of one year of continuous employment.
