Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm in Cyprus is seeking to recruit a Senior Lawyer.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to join a dynamic legal team and play a key role in advising local and international clients on a diverse portfolio of commercial, corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters.
The successful candidate will join an experienced legal team and will be responsible for handling complex legal matters while working closely with associates, senior colleagues, and partners. The role offers exposure to commercial law, intellectual property, corporate transactions, GDPR, competition law, regulatory compliance, contractual matters, and court proceedings.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide legal advice to local and international clients on Cyprus and EU law matters.
Draft and review legal opinions, pleadings, contracts, and transactional documentation.
Lead negotiations and provide strategic legal guidance to clients.
Conduct advanced legal research and analysis.
Represent clients before Courts, governmental authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Attend client meetings and manage client relationships effectively.
Support and mentor junior members of the legal team where appropriate.
Contribute to the efficient management and delivery of legal services across the department.
Requirements
Law Degree.
Qualified Lawyer and member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
Significant post-qualification experience in a law firm environment.
Strong background in commercial, corporate, regulatory, or litigation matters.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
Exceptional drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
High standards of professionalism, integrity, and client care.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and legal technology tools.
Benefits
Gross monthly salary: €2,200 – €3,000.
Eligibility for the 13th Salary upon completion of one year of continuous employment.
